"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! "The restaurant staff was terrible. Forgot to bring a salad I ordered, had to ask for service settings to eat, non attentive staff during our meal. The breakfast buffet was much much better. Beautiful room with a great view. Very cool to stay in a castle with a moat."
