The staff is friendly, down to earth and phenomenally professional. True VIP service for every guest. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Beds were dreamy. We had a great time visiting the town and the university open day.

The hotel was excellent, my only complaint is the mattress was very soft and in the bathroom the moisturiser didn't match the shower gel and shampoo etc. will definitely return!

This place was perfect for what we needed. He had a slight hiccup with HVAC in our first room then lighting in the second but excellent customer service. Would book there again.

Room was spotlessly clean and the location in town was incredible. We were in the middle of all the action, in an adorable, luxurious apartment…it was a dream!
