Excellent centrally located Aparthotel on the Royal Mile but far enough away from the main tourist attractions. Everything is within walking distance but does include steps and hills! Comfortable rooms, with great amenities, comfortable beds and pillows and good size bathroom.

Excellent. in all sense: clean, comfortable, easy check in and out. Want to remark Katherine warm and friendly attention and kindness at reception. Highly recomended.

Reception staff were very helpful and quick to respond to issues. Big room, laundry facilities and everything you could need to self cater. In an excellent location just a short walk up to the Castle.

Lovely beach
Didn't visit Leven - we were on our way to St Andrews and needed somewhere to stay. Perfect for our needs - can't comment on a longer stay.
Nice
Hotel is actually in Lower Largo right on the coast. Waves crash up against the sea wall. Lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
It's not Leven, it's Lower Largo! A lovely historic harbour village with walk to village amenity, and easy access to the rest of the East Neuk of Fife and beyond.
Lower largo is quaint and friendly. Near the sea.
