"What a wonderful property owned by lovely sisters. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need, are comfortable and answer all questions. They are absolutely lovely, and their hotel is beautiful. The breakfast that they make you personally to your liking is amazing. I love that the hotel is conveniently located to everything! We walked everywhere from our hotel. Cannot save enough great things about the hotel and the owners!!"

"Great stay. Really friendly staff and you are right in the historic centre, which is so convenient. Can be loud because you are close to the street but that is part of the experience"

"This hotel felt truly magical from the moment we arrived. The building has so much historic charm, and the location could not be better. Having breakfast served on the rooftop was a real highlight. Inside, the room was generous in size, impeccably clean, and no street noise. A special thank you to the staff, who were consistently friendly and accommodating. Our only minor issue was the shower drainage, which kept this from being a perfect 5-star review, but we would still happily return"

"This was the most beautiful property I stayed at in Ecuador. The accommodations were amazing and the staff was very helpful and welcoming."

"Amazing staff, very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quito. The breakfast was amazing and they had my laundry done in under 2 hours. Wine, coffee, and tea right in your room waiting for you. Amazing courtyard outback of the hotels breakfast area and the rooftop views were INSANE. Especially at night. I will be telling my friends."

"This was such a pleasant and personalized experience. We asked to shift to a different room that had a comfy chair we liked and without hesitation it was done. Two bottles of wine were left for us to choose from so we didn’t have to go find a wine store if we wanted some in our room. We were checked on regularly but not too frequently. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which was flawless. And the breakfast was a delightful Ecuadorian experience every morning. This is...

"The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of the central historical district. It is within walking distance to the Plaza Grande, the Presidential Palace, the Plaza San Francisco and the National Cathedral, etc. The property is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Daily room service is provided if needed. Delicious breakfast is served in the morning between 8 and 10 am, and takeout breakfast is also provided for customers who have day tours...

"This is a very comfortable little hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rates are also good."

"A well hidden gem. Lots of character in this delightful hotel with an interior courtyard, steps away from historic Quito. Excellent value. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff, environmentally friendly hotel."

"Spent one night here and glad I did. Not too far from the old town and not a crowded area. The staff were friendly this beats your typical hotel experience the decor was very unique."

"Excellent view and nice quiet rooms. Great breakfast and food at the restaurant. A little far (by foot as it’s all uphill) but quick taxi uber ride back from the historical tourist area"

"Todo me gustó, las personas del hotel son muy amables"

"Great staff and clean room"

"Estuvimos hospedados tres días los cuales fueron de lo mejor, la comodidad, limpieza y sobre todo la atención, fue como estar en casa, el desayuno es una exquisitez, muy cerca del centro, sumamente recomendado."

"Simple hotel; good location but very noisy at night. No blackout curtains. Staff are welcoming. Good breakfast. Thank you for hosting us."

"Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel. "
