"Beautiful renovated hotel in the heart of the historic center of Florence. Excellent staff. Helpful, smart, bilingual, friendly people. Beautiful breakfast banquet every morning. Excellent espresso! Our rom had good air conditioning when the temp was 100F and great ventilation when the temperature dropped to 70F. Modern bathroom, immaculate & well appointed with lovely sink and fine shower. Great water pressure. We enjoyed the stay completely."
