"The roomwas out dated and bathroom needed redone. Popcorn celling wass falling down onto furnature. Was only on 2nd floor and could not enjoy the beach and water because of palm trees. Dont get me wrong its still a beautiful resort and checkin and parking were great. Still good value if renovation happen!!!"

"We had to end to paying extra when we got there even though i had got the right room, we was missing some stuff in the room, the water didn't get hot until the next day, and none of the hot tubs were hot so we had to go to the hotel next door. "

The only downside it’s the structural building that you are not able to open the windows in your bedroom which it would have been amazing to hear the ocean waives and breathe the breeze… besides that everything was Perfect! "wish the bathroom had more privacy. I know the sliding door saves space but it didn’t provide much privacy. also we were confused with how to get to the lobby without having to go outside. we kept getting lost. otherwise the room and hotel itself was beautiful "
