Called down to the front desk, was greeted with sincere apologies, a new room was immediately assigned, and they came up to my old room with the new room key... and carried my luggage ..."

Baymont by Wyndham Plainfield/ Indianapolis Arpt Area
"This was my 1st and last stay at a Baymont. The room smelled. We had to get an air freshener. The shower was dirty and the bathroom was unkept. I had booked the room for two nights which was a mistake. Paint would go a long way."

"We stayed here to see Morgan Wallen. The hotel staff decked the lobby out for the concert, it was a fun vibe and place to hang before the show. Staff were incredible, especially the vallet crew.
