No big complaints. We stayed for 3 nights.. asked for more towels as they only put so many in a room and when you have at least 4 people staying, you need more. But they never brought more towels to us. And the trash as well. The trash cans are small but they don’t put any extra bags or anyone coming for them so we could empty the trash cans. But other than that, our stay was fine. Kids loved the pool.

When walking into the hotel it smells nice and looked clean. When getting to the room we noticed the shower curtain was molded and dingy. I had to stop by the front desk or call for towels and wash cloths every night becausethe room didn't get cleaned . We never received the correct amount we asked for. On night 5 the room still had not been cleaned even after talking to the guy at the front desk the night before. I went to the front desk and a very nice man made sure someone came and got all of our towels, brought new ones, and replaced the shower curtain. He assured me my room would get cleaned the next morning. Thankfully the room got cleaned on day 6.
