"Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking."

"Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The property provides shampoo and some fancy-looking items for the hot tub, but these are chargeable and extremely overpriced. More importantly, there were serious safety concerns with the hot tub. There were no proper instructions explaining how to operate it or where to turn on the hot water. We almost burned ourselves trying to figure it out, which is simply unacceptable. The room itself needs renovation, and the balcony was dirty. There were...
