"We booked 2 double rooms for a family of 4 for 3 nights. The kitchen staff was very helpful to accommodate our Jain food requirements. The property amenities on Expedia mentioned while booking it has air conditioner which was missing in the room, would have been very useful to cope with the heat in the afternoon. They installed AC for the 3rd night stay which was bit late, would have given them higher rating if they would have admitted and apologised upfront for the missing AC in the rooms."

"The hotel does not locate on the location shown on the map. On the map and Expedia description, it’s just a few minutes walking distance from the main bazaar. Turned out it is more than 10km away and takes more than 2 hours to walk to the bazaar. It’s a total scammer. I reserved three nights, but only stayed one night due to the reason above. Expedia refused to give me full refund. The first customer service I contacted even claimed that according to the map, it is 9 minutes walking distance,...

"このホテルを含めて5つの宿泊施設を滞在中利用しましたが、Hotel New Glacier Viewが1番良かったです。 はじめバスタブがあると思っていたのですが、ツインか2人以上宿泊の場合の部屋にあるのみで、シングルにバスタブは無いみたいでした。 部屋を幾つか候補から選ばせてくれて、眺めも良く、シャワーも出てドライヤーも借りる事が出来、Wi-Fiも充電も問題ありません。 何よりスタッフ皆さんが親切でした、またレーに訪問するときは利用したいです。皆さんにお薦めします。ありがとうございました！"
