"The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed. "This place was stunning - we don’t normally stay in hotels but because it was a long weekend only we thought we’d go for it and we were blown away. The staff went above and beyond & the experience was fantastic!"

"Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice."

They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated.
