"Perfect location. Just a few minutes to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Excellent breakfast and dinner choices."

"Our room was spacious and clean and the bed comfortable. The room was on the 3rd floor, so we had limited view of C’an Picafort and the sea, but this was not a problem for us as we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful if we needed something. The receptionists were also welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was really great, a large variety of quality foods. The only remark would be the lack of marked allergenes, an issue because one of us can’t have gluten. It would be nice to be able to pick glutenfree bread and cake without having to ask the staff. We did not use the pool area, all the sun beds had guests towels on them before breakfast. It is a nice and large pool and activity area outside the hotel, great for children."

"The staff were all very friendly, and the room was well set up for a family. The box full of reusable items left by previous guests is an excellent idea, we needed some after sun, and there was some in there."

"Lovely staff, room was proper cleaned everyday, aircon very powerful! The only thing we really missed having in our room was a mirror. Everything else was absolutely wonderful and made our stay perfect! Ps: Front seat view balcony room wasn’t quite right, we could only see it on the side as per photo."

"A great day! Beautiful outdoor pool – there was always space in the area. A great Bar with amazing staff – front desk and Night Shift worker was amazing as well very helpful! Decent food too it was nice! Main thing I would change is having a wider spread of eating times. And about that went on till later."

"The property was in a great location next to the beach where you can swim & snorkel off. The hotel lobby and bar was nice and spacious. Restaurant staff were always welcoming and smiling. Areas for improvement were the hotel linen (the duvet felt like rough paper) & all the board games had missing pieces so none was playable."
