"Vi har efterhånden opholdt os på dette hotel en del gange, grundet placeringen på Alcudia kysten, og hvad hotellet kan tilbyde os. "De ansatte var hyggelige, gikk fort å sjekke inn. Ingen skjulte kostnader. Renholds personellet gjorde en fantastisk jobb hele oppholde, alle dager. Uteområdet var kjempe bra for barna. Badevakta var fantastisk, hun gjorde seg til kjenne med barna, la frem badeleker, ringer og vester etc. Slik at alle skulle få en fin badeopplevelse. Litt minus at glass, fat og bestikk på rommet ikke ble skiftet under renhold. Dette må man sikkert be om på forhånd... Slik var det også på de andre hotellene vi...

"We arrived late with our baby and the reception staff were very helpful. The lady gave us some milk so our little one would be content as it was 2am. We were taken to our room and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were helpful and pleasant. A lovely clean hotel that catered for all your needs! "

"Overall fantastic experience. We have stayed in multiple locations such as Dubai, Turkey and USA. In terms of value for money this was by far the best. The food was very tasty and lots of healthy options. The room and 24hr cafe was great too. Very clean and modern. Even the private beach was perfect as not to many people and its not to much of a walk from the hotel. I will be staying here again in future. One slide downside would be gym could be made bigger and the spa is not that great. "

"From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The half board option was incredible value with huge variety of food both hot and cold. Lots of varied raw meat and fish cooked to order. Excellent choice of salads and mini starters. Easy walking into the town and the port. Short taxi ride to Pollensa. Overall we had a great holiday and superb value for money. We’ve stayed in 5 star hotels which were not a patch on this one. "Gutes Hotel. Zum Strand ist es etwa 400-500 Meter was gut machbar. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Zimmer auch gut. Essen gute Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel gut. Hinterm Hotel ist uns leider der Wagen beschädigt worden in der Nacht. Dort ist es nicht so gut beleuchtet. Also am besten vor dem Eingang an der Straße parken. "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est propre, une femme de ménage nettoie les chambres et la douche et toilettes tous les jours. Une location de voitures est nécessaire si l’on veut vraiment découvrir toutes les régions de l’île, comme nous l’avons fait. Je recommande cet établissement pour une famille avec enfants ou sans car il y a des activités pour tous."

"All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues. All in all was satisfying "
