"The hotel is hidden, like most of the small hotels, in a maze of crowded, dirty streets with horrible sidewalks. Very noisy at all hours. The directions given by the staff to find the hotel were worthless. We were maneuvering 4 large luggage as we were going on a 10 day cruise. The route from the Metro to the hotel did not accommodate rolling luggage. The staff were not rude, just indifferent to any questions. There was a taxi strike and they had no suggestions as to getting to the Cruise port....

We Especially liked the well prepared to go bag as we had a very early flight. We have reservations for October this year. Outstanding."

"I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. What should have been a relaxing trip was ruined by the sheer lack of basic hospitality and professionalism. Upon arrival, I wasn’t even greeted. The front desk clerk acted as if my check-in was a massive inconvenience. We already checked in and waited for an 1 hour in the line, but our rooms is not yet ready so we decided to go out for couple of hours. "Triton is well situated for a cruise or other uses of the Port - maybe a 5 minute safe walk. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A cozy safe place and area. The staff was fantastic and attentive. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. The only downside was the electric outlets. There was a total of 4 outlets, and only 1 near the bed. There is even a lamp on a table with no outlets in which to plug it. If two guests need night-time breathing machines - this is a...

Only the mattress in the room which was comfortable but no chair, night table or closet. There were steps in the room which was a hazard. Bed sheets were clean."
