"Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein und es gab wenig Auswahl. Der Toaster machte was er wollte und die Croissants war mini. Geschmeckt hat es aber war definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel Frühstück. Die Drinks an der Bar waren super. Auch das Personal auf der Rooftop Bar war sehr freundlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption, war stehts bemüht freundlich zu wirken... Now, I know this is budget accommodation, no need to repeat it, I know that you provide air conditioning (most places do). I would just encourage you to travel and experience the standard of other budget locations. "The property is located in a residential area about 750 metres from the nearest metro station. The property is well maintained and the apartment was well supplied. The elevator is small allowing only one person at a time if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage and you have to climb more than 10 steps from street level to get there. There are grocery stores about 400 metres from the property. You can easily get to everywhere you want to go in Athens using the transportation system."

"Loved the modern look and up-to-date Window rolling protective blinds. Very secure building. Only recommendation is a new sofa. Very uncomfortable to sit on. And provide Kleenex in the bathroom and maybe a broom since the cleaning staff does not sweep the floor when come to service room. Floors got really dirty and didn’t want to take shoes off until bed. "

"Manager of the apartments very friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Communication was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh linens. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores and bakeries. Grafetti was an eye sore, however everyone in the neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe walking around. Building itself was very secure and the balcony was nice to be able to sit outside at night. Would highly recommend...

"Very helpful staff during our 5 night stay. Great views from the room. Cleaners were great. Fresh towels everyday and bed linen offered if we wanted it. Lots of workers staying there so everyone wanting sleep ready for the next day which made it peaceful. "

"Was a good area, not a tourist area so you got more local prices of places to eat and shop, close enough to walk to the tourist attractions or take the bus. Athens is a big metropolis city so you have the typical big city issues, like traffic, street work, homeless people. Overall good stay"

"Online information sent for check in with codes for front door and room. Never saw any staff. Very clean room with kitchenette which had everything you may need to prepare a meal. Krups coffee machine with Nespresso style pods supplied. Bed was very comfortable. We could see the Acropolis in the distance from the balcony. Great place to stay for a short break in Athens."
