Hotel resort com estrutura excelente, recreação e tudo mais, quartos novos, banheiros bons, restaurantes excelentes, acredito que a única coisa que precisaria melhorar seria uma reforma na recepção, pois não condiz com toda a estrutura belíssima do hotel e variar um pouco o cardápio com mais opções de carne vermelha, principalmente no restaurante a lá carte.

Minha experiência de hospedagem no Resort Tororomba. Boa infraestrutura, hotel com praia exclusiva. Ficamos no Deluxe Frente Mar, quarto com um bom tamanho que poderia ter uma cama queen, a cama que disponibilizam é uma de casal, banheiro com um bom tamanho, o problema do banheiro é a janela de vidro do banheiro, à noite quando alguém passa no corredor, parece que a lâmpada do quarto é acesa devido a luminosidade que invade o quarto, isso é um problema pois de repente as 23h em pleno sono alguém passa no corredor e a lâmpada acende e invade o quarto, precisa urgentemente colocar um blackout no vidro da janela do banheiro. O café da manhã uma decepção, tudo descoberto, as moscas fazem a festa. Café da manhã muito simples. Almoço e jantar com menu com poucas opções. A noite temos preferência por lanche, nesse caso quase não tem opção. A qualidade da comida não é das melhores. Pra minha surpresa mexendo nos canais da tv smart, encontrei o canal tv Tororomba, no qual vi um senhor e uma senhora se divertindo em Bariloche, em uma conversa no vídeo, esse senhor diz que é dono de um hotel em ilhéus, logo deduzi que deve ser o proprietário do Resort Tororomba. Interessante que o proprietário demonstrou ser bastante viajado e com bom gosto. Deixo como sugestão aos proprietários uma dedicação maior ao seu empreendimento, imprimindo maior qualidade nos serviços que oferecem, principalmente a alimentação. O que salva são os funcionários e o local muito agradável e bonito.
