Nossa estadia foi incrível! O hotel nos surpreendeu muito. Pessoalmente é ainda mais bonito que nas fotos. Hotel com infraestrutura intimista e sem som alto na piscina o dia inteiro. Perfeito para famílias! O Wi-Fi realmente é fraco, mas já havia lido isso nos comentários anteriores. A limpeza do quarto sempre foi excelente, mas a maioria das vezes os banheiros do hotel estavam bem sujos - durante a estadia percebi que era por falta de educação dos hóspedes, mas sugeriria uma atenção maior na limpeza dessas áreas. Recreação nota 10, equipe muito atenciososa e acolhedora com as crianças!! De resto só elogio. Tivemos um problema com o transfer da volta e a equipe nos levou até o aeroporto para não perdermos o voo. Enfim, é um lugar que pretendemos voltar.

O local é incrível, lindo, bem organizado, os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. Ótima viagem para família. Voltarei mais vezes. Só uma dica que seria interessante é colocar piscina aquecida no tempo frio.

Serviço de funcionários excelente. Ótimo buffet, comodidade, vista incrível. Um ótimo lugar para descansar, apreciar a natureza e relaxar com uma boa programação que o resort oferece. Pontos negativos: goteiras no telhado do restaurante e alguns quartos com a vista voltadas para o estacionamento. Tirando isso, o lugar é excelente.
