O quarto impecável, a vista lindíssima, os funcionários muito solícitos. Todavia, o quarto 12 tem uma escada de piso cerâmico, com quse dois metros de altura, sem anti-derrapante e sem corrimão. Minha filha escorregou em uma pequena pouça de água que tinha no degrau e foi parar no hospital de Ilhéus. Recomendei à administração que providenciasse os itens de segurança. Felizmente mina filha só perdeu um dia internada, mas poderia ter ficado aleijada ou até coisa pior. CUIDADO.
escada sem antiderrapante e sem corrimão causou acidente de grande risco. PERIGO. Os órgão de fiscalização deveriam ver isso. Pode matar ou aleijar alguém!!
A área da varanda de entrada no quarto 12 tem quase dois metros de altura e não tem balaustrada, risco de queda grave!!
sanitário do quarto 12 parece que foi rec-em-reformado. Colocaram piso vitrificado no chuveiro. Com o piso ensaboado o risco de uma queda é alto. CUIDADO!!

O quarto estava muito organizado. O café da manhã é perfeito, todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos, a menina da recepção estava sempre muito solicita e prestatida. A única observação que deixo para a pousada e para o hoteis.com é informar em sua locacão que a pousada nao dispõe de acessibilidade para hospedes idosos, como fui com meus pais e minha sogra tivemos dificuldades com acessibilidade, apesar das meninas da recepção terem tentado de todas as formas possíveis nos acomodar da melhor maneira. Mas para pessoas de boa mobilidade eu super recomendo a pousada acredito que não tenha lugar mais bonito para ficar em Ilhéus.
