"Excellent all around, except breakfast buffet. Need improvements: breakfast buffet is the same everyday. Not good for people stay over 2-3 days as the food offerings are the same. The same is true for Lounge food. Same repetition everyday. "

"Amazing stay in Shinjuku. Travelling from Australia. Extremely large rooms. Attention to detail was outstanding. Twice daily service. Dining/breafast was fantastic with two course and breads each day included. Staff extremely helpful, pleasant helped with cans/uber. Overall simply the best stay! Highly recommend. "

"The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent. The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!"

"The breakfast place should open earlier, open at 7 am is a bit late. It’s not convenient for some guests that have to leave the hotel early morning. The foods at the breakfast place always ran out and empty. The staffs should fill up the food and should not leave them empty. I came to have breakfast at 9.15 am, many foods run out and not been filled up. I feel like I don’t have things to eat, a very limited menus left. The egg corner closed very fast. The guests who come after 9.30 am cannot...
