"I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. Firstly, the hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling extremely distressed. "Excellent hotel, to a good standard commensurate with what you might expect for 4star. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want to be close to loads of bars and shops it’s a good 20min walk, but we were happy with that. Whilst the pool area isn’t huge it’s well proportioned and there were always loungers available. It’s also very close to the beach. We enjoyed a morning at the spa which was also of a good standard."
