A lovely quiet hotel close to a busy beach and bars, but the two pool on site are never that busy so no real need to leave the hotel if you just want to relax sipping a beer.

modern rooms, no real bathroom, sink is in the room, shower and toilet behind glass doors, not practical. Food was better than expected and in view of the moderate price really good.

The hotel is spotless which is a must. However we did have mould in the shower and a previous leaked ceiling with paint peeling and annoying leaking toilet. The food for buffet style was good, warm and good quality - however the plates were old and stained. No table service for drinks Inc at the bar areas. The staff were friendly and good but the hotel was ‘fussy’ rules that frankly ridiculous. No pool bed reservations which I fully support to those that place towels first thing and only arrive after lunch. However they meant they cannot be left unattended even to go to lunch for over 20 minutes or they gather your items and hand the beds to others (due to shortage). 20 minutes when on holiday to enjoy your lunch is unacceptable. Several people complained ( we didn’t). The outside area for entertainment is small and uncomfortable. Smokers in one small area of a bank of 2 bar stools and table and comfy chairs for the non smokers. Made even more difficult when the 2 bar stool tables face the sea so everyone sits there and you are told to use the ashtrays when people are trying to relax and enjoy their drinks. The entertainment is every other day and very average. The area is lovely - good restaurants outside of the hotel and better atmosphere. The spa is expensive even to use the sauna which was not mentioned at the time of booking. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. Overall we enjoyed ourselves but won’t be returning which is a shame.

Fantastic hotel. Had an amazing stay. We were there for my boyfriend's 40th and they made it super special, with a bottle of bubbles on arrival and on his birthday. Food and drinks were good on all inclusive. The suite was incredible with amazing views. Beach is very close and really lovely. Would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely time here! One of the most relaxing holidays we've had. The hotel was perfect - infinity pool are was super relaxing and lush, buffet breakfast was delicious and our room was a good size with the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is great too, just a few minutes walk to the main cala millor area with beach, restaurants etc. and a short walk to cala bona. The only downside was the bed - it was comfy but was two single beds put together with separate bedding/duvets. Would have much preferred an actual double bed for 2 people.

Nice hotel.

We enjoyed our all inclusive stay here. The drinks were pretty good and the bar staff were amazing, just had to pay a supplement for cocktails but it was only about €2.50. The food was average all inclusive buffet, always plenty of choice but we personally ate lunch out every day and think it would get samey for longer than a few days. Big beds and clean rooms. Only negatives are you have to pay €1 every time to swap your beach towel and the towels they gave us were very old, bleach stains and frayed edges. There is no hair conditioner which you’d generally expect in a 4* spa hotel. There is no parking at the hotel, but on street parking around. Some times we did have to park more than 5 minute walk away.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing there are only a few things that let the hotel down are the rules. Not aloud a sunbed or sun bath before 9:30-10 as the pool opens at 10 and the food is very repetitive. It seemed as what wasn’t eaten at breakfast was put out for lunch and what wasn’t eaten at lunch was put in some sort of casserole or curry for dinner and if you want a cocktail you have to pay even if you are all inclusive.

We stayed for a few nights in a junior suite. The room was lovely, lots of little touches such as turn down service with little toblerones left on the pillows and a special pouch with really lovely toiletries. The shower gel smells divine. The hotel is very quiet and lacks ambiance, it wouldn’t take much to make it feel special; some decent speakers in the Chill out bar and a good soundtrack. The food was poor. Breakfast was ok but all the food needs to be warmer. Lunch and dinner were very disappointing. The drinks are good but there is a supplement for cocktails. These are not part of the all inclusive package which seems odd to me. With a few little tweaks this could be an amazing hotel.

The hotel had a great location, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, even though we booked the all-inclusive package, many things were still charged as extras. So don’t be misled by the “all-inclusive” label. In addition, the food quality was quite poor, except for breakfast. For example, if you ordered wine at the restaurant, it tasted more like water with a wine flavor than actual wine. Unfortunately, because of these reasons, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Lovely adults only hotel with two pools. Across the road from the beach and lots of local restaurants and bars and shops! Great sea view from our room, amazing to wake up to the sound of the waves. I would highly recommend renting electric bikes and exploring the local area, lots of bike lanes for safe travel. We used the front infinity pool mostly as the beds were so comfortable (no charge for these). Would also recommend going all inclusive - well worth the money when you think of drinks and food. The cocktails included were not all fantastic but lots to try, and beers and wines available too. La Boomba was a favourite for a night cap! Inclusive food was varied and more than enough. The hotel also had two nights of entertainment which was pleasant as unexpected. Would be better if they informed us of this when we arrived, as some people missed out as they were unaware. We did venture out once during our week stay and enjoyed a local steak. Will be returning soon!

Food was well cooked but a bit the same most evenings. Would stay again if we were going back to Cala Millor.
