"What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning! We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊"

"The room wasn't quite how we expected based on the picture provided at point of booking, but was ok. The bed was on the former side but reasonably comfortable, as we're the pillows. The spa facilities were excellent and and well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent and staff were well presented (if a little inexperienced, save for the Maitre D). "Ideally situated just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. I got an upgrade to a suite, such a treat, it was just a shame that I didn’t have more time to make the most of it. I’ll definitely return next time I’m up in Leeds. "
