"We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were very pleased. It’s an excellent location near the Prague Castle and Petrin Hill. Walkable to the Charles Bridge and Astrological Clock as well. Nearest tram stop is about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. Very easy to get around Prague with public transportation. Room was clean and comfortable. "This property is located in a historic building on the grounds of the Strahovsky monastery overlooking the city of Prague. We chose this hotel for it's peaceful location. I had forgotten to arrange for a transfer from the train station the day before, but Alice was able to accommodate us with a cab that met us at the main train station. Once we arrived, we realized that we had been given a room with a sleeping loft, up a steep flight of metal stairs. It was a very nice room, and thirty years ago...
