When we arrived at the Ten Hostel there was a note on the door saying we had to check in at the port, which is a 15 minute walk away. We were not informed this upon arrival and were very turned off that check in was not at the property

Terrible experience

A nightmare. An indescribable smell of mold and humidity, an insane environment. The only window overlooks a tunnel inside the small condominium from which little light comes and just as much smell. We call the receptionist of the hotel where we checked in and she rudely tells us that she has no other rooms available and she hangs up. We call back a second time very annoyed and faced with her non-cooperative attitude we insist on saying that that room is unthinkable and we want another solution but she closes by saying that there are no other accommodations (she doesn't speak half a word of Italian, only very fast Spanish or English). At that point we hasten to book the room for the night in another structure otherwise we risked being left without accommodation and once settled, we call the structure again to ask for a refund. Very arrogant and annoyed she tells us that the refund can't be done that she has to wait for Monday for the manager to return and trying to recover the embarrassing situation she invents that she wanted to offer us another room but we didn't give him the time (I specify that we made 2 phone calls before deciding to move us to another hotel, if he really wanted to give us another room he would have said so.) We personally went to the hotel desk to speak with her and instead of clarifying and apologizing she treated us badly saying that she doesn't pay her for this, that the hotel is not hers and she refused to talk to us and left she went to the bar.

Sauberkeit war gar nicht erfüllt. Der Putzteam war nicht abwesend. Die Rezeption lag in Ibiza Port. Wir mussten 500meter laufen um ein zuchecken!!! Nach einem langen Flug waren wir erschöft und mussten noch ca. 1 Std die rezeption suchen um ein zu checken und den schlüssel entgegen zu nehmen.

Het inchecken is op een heel andere locatie maar ging verder prima. Het hostal is van een goedkopere soort dus dan kun je niet heel veel verwachten maar was prima voor de prijs/ kwaliteit

Don't waste your money - over priced, smelt bad

For the price, it's disgusting. There is no one to ask for help in an emergency. The phone is picked up whenever the staff can be bothered. No basics such as handsoap. No shower gel or shampoo. No hot water in the shower. Taps are clearly not plumbed correctly - the tap marked cold is hot and the tap marked hot is cold. Staff cannot speak English so used Google translate - he was a nice guy though. Staff on reception who cannot speak English. The outside front door lock is a pain to use. Called and asked for an ironing board. No one updated me just left me to wait. No iron or ironing board. The bathrooms are tiny, the shower is too. The sink and toilet are too close. The air conditioning in room absolutely stunk. The drains smell bad. The plug socket was hanging off the wall. The bedroom door would not lock! 100 euro a night is appalling.

Habitación con olor a humedad

La recepción para el check in está a 11 min andando. La habitación olía mucho a humedad y no estaba demasiado limpia...es un sitio de paso.

Reality is different

WiFi was bot working even though it should have been included. Key pick up was complicated. The room looked completely different than on the Fotos. A rip off.

Exceeded expectations

We had a super late flight into Ibiza and just needed a place to crash before checking into our resort the next day. This place was perfect. No frills, small bathroom but A/C was strong and the room was everything we needed.

Zona ottima, vicino al porto e s pochi minuti di taxi dalle discoteche. Molto spartano ma per dei ragazzi/e che vanno per divertirsi e non vivere troppo la camera è davvero ottimo. Pulito e rispetta le foto. Abbiamo letto delle recensioni supernegative prima di arrivare e invece ci siamo trovate molto bene.
