"The building and the rooms are a little old and shabby. But everythig reasonably clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the organization (booking, access) etc. worked very well and reliably. The fellow guests were civilized, quiet, clean, and friendly. I hadn't shared a toilet and bathroom in a very long time; the sky-high hotel prices in Reykjavik made me resort to this guesthouse. I didn't regret the decision; I felt comfortable overall."

"The location and the room were as expected. Bathrooms are shared but were clean. The only disappointment was that the laundry facility was expensive and not easy to use."

"Vi hade problem vid incheckningen. Man fick kod till dörren via Whats app. Hade inte whats app så det tog tid att förstå att det var den appen som användes, ladda ner den och kunna läsa koden. Vårt rum saknade nyckel som kom senare. Det gjorde att vi inte vågade lämna våra saker på rummet och fick vänta på reservnyckeln."

"Easy check in - if you have internet service to get the code. Liked the adjoining kitchen for use of just two rooms. Close to downtown - water, church, excellent pizza restaurant. Peaceful. Bare bones but that was appreciated in order to keep the room price down. Would stay again!"

"We had a great stay at this beautiful house! It allowed to do a day trip to the Snaefellsnes peninsula which was lovely. The house has tons of space (and a hot tub) and my family really enjoyed staying here."

The private bath is not inside the room..but on the outside and you need to use a lock and key to prevent others from using that bathroom. The room and the bathroom look dated but they've made a good attempt to give it a modern touch. The kitchenette had enough utensils and cutlery for us to use. The free breakfast, proximity to places of interest - downtown area (restaurants, shopping, the hallgrímskirkja Church) and a good...

"This was such a cute property. We received check in instructions day before and was very easy to get in. Finding the guesthouse was a bit difficult but we asked someone in the bakery next door and they were able to direct us. It’s right next door to a convenience store. The guesthouse itself is huge and has everything you need. You do take stairs to get to your room but not a big deal and we found parking on the street. Would definitely stay here again as the location is also perfect and near...

"ตำแหน่งใกล้ city center สะดวกกับการเดินทางมาและเที่ยวในเมือง"
