"Elevator was not working. Dirty towels left in the room. Had to go to lobby to get towels which were not ready til 6 pm. Both non smoking rooms had a stale cigarette smell. No soap or shampoo in the room. Now the positive. Rooms and sheets were clean. Neighborhood is safe. Basically very poor ..."
