"We travel a lot & will always look for a Sonesta from now on. I’ll be honest, we weren’t thinking ahead for Thanksgiving. We booked 2 rooms for 6 people. On our way in, the receptionist called & offered us an upgrade to a suite. So we we had a kitchen & were able to make a Thanksgiving dinner together. It was a great day off- we did our laundry & it was so comfy. Thank you so much for your kindness! "

"The hotel was clean but a little dingy from being old. A nice pool and hot tub. The restaurant didn’t open till dinner. Good selection of items and snacks in the lobby store. Close to the highway and Crocker park for shopping and food. "

"Overall a nice hotel and cheap. Close to so many stores (walmart, target, etc) and the mall. I would stay again. Room was clean. Only downside was the shower was clogged. I forgot to say something to the front desk. I was in a hurry to leave so that's my bad. "

"I checked in Friday and never got the guy's name at the front desk but he was excellent treated every guest like they were at home. I loved the fact that my room was super clean and well stocked. I will be back again next year for my birthday weekend. I hope each and everyone of you and your family's have a very happy 🎊! "

"The staff is nice. The breakfast is usually solid but the juice machine was broken. This was my 3rd time staying here. All 3 times the end has been awhile, almost broken. Sheets are wrinkled. The worst part is the smell of cigarette and marijuana throughout the whole hotel. Unfortunately will be going else where "

"Well the lobby and breakfast area was clean and the food looked fresh. They had good selection for breakfast. The room looked remodeled. Beds and cabinets were very nice . Beds comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean and newer tub and toilet. The walls had been repaired by someone with zero sparkling experience SAND BEFORE PAINTING! LOL . Over all well worth the price . Not high-end. "

"Checked in went to my room no sheets or towels. When to front desk told them. Said theyl upgrade me to a new room. Went to new room garbage everywhere so went back to front desk. Nobody there for 40 mins had to call the phone number to get someone's attention finally got a 3rd room was clean n had sheets. All in all took maybe an hour and 10 mins to actually get settled into a decent room. Zero stars if possible "

"Sonesta Suites, always a wonderful stay. I love the full size refrigerator. I'm just a weekend worker, but if you are going on vacation for a week or so, I'd definitely stay at Sonesta! Coffee maker, stove top, Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable Just bring your own hair dryer if needed "
