"We were there for a birthday weekend as a couple. Our room was immaculate and clean. Turn down service was a bonus. The hot tub and steam room were quiet and relaxing. We had room service for breakfast and service was quick and delicious. Staff always asking if we needed anything. I would recommend for a bit of luxury or pampering time."

"Not sure how to write these, but I have been going to this location for nearly ten years. The stay has been great each time. Timmies next door, and a Superstore and a Shoppers less than a block away. The room has a fridge, stovetop and a wonderfully comfy bed. The location has a lounge and restaurant, both have been good. They offer breakfast each morning, with a good variety of hot and cold foods. Had a great time, and looking forward to staying there again next year!"

"This place was full of homeless people in the lobby. It did not feel safe. The staff could not have cared less. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee available. You had to ask the front desk for a cup and the cream and sugar likely because all the vagrants are having out in there taking it. This was the first and last time staying there. We have stayed at the Best Western up the block several times with zero issues. This means they have figured out how to keep these people from hanging out in their building and parking lot. The staff at the front desk of the best western should be training your staff. They look depressed, are lazy and seem to only care to do the bare minimum and only speak when spoken to. What a waste of money. Would urge people to stay somewhere else."
