"We had an airline cancellation and issues with retrieval of our luggage. The hotel staff was very accommodating to a group of 11 and provided toiletries and then multiple trips back to the baggage claim. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good restaurant and bar. Everyone was so kind and respectable and truly made us feel they were happy we were there. I would stay here again if needed. "
"Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast is good. I like that it stays open later. If you have a room near the freeway it is hard to sleep all you hear is the cars in the freeway. "
"The people were so helpful. The room was small, but spotless. I enjoyed being within walking distance of where I needed to go. The outdoor sitting area was very peaceful and a relaxing place to read. Transportation to and from the airport was a blessing. They even paid for my cab because of my early flight."

There are some spots in the hotel that need some TLC, but they probably wouldn't need that if others had been more gentle on the hotel, too.
