The check-in went very smoothly. The hotel actually will provide an Uber from the George Bush Airport if you call and request one. The hotel offered a hot chocolate bar too which was so nice on a cool evening. The hotel seems relatively new and is located near a mall and several restaurants.

The property is nice and clean, small but well equipped room with comfortable bed, good tv, kitchenette had 2 burner stove dishwasher fridge/freezer, and microwave. Parking at the front is very limited, and breakfast was basically non existent when I went down with an hour left in the timeframe and no refill on any of the offerings.

The room and hotel was basically brand new and sparkly clean. It was in a great quiet location within walking distance to a handful of stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, however we did have difficulties with transportation to and from the airport as we were travelling with a young child and had to pay over $100USD for a 10 minute ride to the airport as very few options for car seats as the hotel does not provide a shuttle service and refused to reimburse us as we couldn’t not use Uber.

Amazing. Location, convenient to all sorts of shopping. Close to the airport. The staff was so nice so friendly. We had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. It was perfect. The hotel has only been there for about 3 to 4 months. It was super clean. The only one thing they can improve is their breakfast.

Pet friendly hotel. It does come with a fee of $100. I loved the free breakfast and everyday was a different type of breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. I stayed here with my family of 4 and 2 dogs. We had enough room for all of us.

Very clean property , decor was very nice, inside and all around was a welcoming invite. No secured parking, but I felt safe enough to park and walk to my car at night. It was very accessible to big grocery stores, shopping centers, and many local food places. It’s a great area to be in, if you want to stay close to the airport. Overall, I loved the whole ambiance of the property and updated amenities. Wi-Fi was free. All was nice. So thank you. Customer service were responsive and respectful.

Hands down the best budget airport hotel I have found near IAH (I travel a lot). Not only is the hotel new the staff clearly tags pride in keeping the place looking great and treating customers well. A+ for the team that works there. Bed was comfy, room was quiet (no plane noise!), and breakfast was much better than I had expected with fresh bagels, fruit, quiches, bacon, fresh make your own waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juice, and a good coffee station (even had oatmilk), Love the Uber ride to the airport vs waiting on a shuttle. Only downside is this area doesn't have sidewalks so it's a bit challenging to walk to the grocery store, Walmart or mall nearby. Crosswalks are painted on the road but they aren't working:/. Will be back many more times
