Jasmine was excellent. There was a long line of customers dealing with flight cancellations and trying to get a room for the night. She remained calm and friendly. "
"The property was very beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. We were surprised, however, about the buildings on either side of the hotel. They projected a less than resort feel. Perhaps some sort of privacy screen would improve the situation."
"Howzit was a great experience, the hostel was cleaned almost daily from what I noticed, never had many issues with waiting for the amenities. Clean towels whenever you need. Kitchen is updated and clean! The staff make it a very chill vibe. I ended up renting a car as their transportation can fill up quick and is a hot ride; I then tagged along on the daily tours. Location can be sketchy at night but never had any issues. Overall I recommend and would return."
