"To save all of you from searching for hours online for a place to stay like I did and still picked someplace basically with a blind fold on since we are not from Baltimore and have never been - If you have kids & want to go to a baseball game at Camden Yards but also explore the zoo, aquarium & other places- want a hotel that is easily accessible to these places, have a car to park in a garage, want a pool to hang out in at night time, a clean, quiet(ish) hotel…. This is your place. I spent hours looking at reviews for each hotel close to Camden Yards. Some good, some bad and I would read them over and over again. We chose this hotel and if we ever went to Baltimore again, we would stay here. It ended up being in a wonderful location- parking was decently priced for our car in the attached garage. The staff was nice, room was nice, couple of minor things I would change but nothing that would make me not want to go there again. The pool was an added bonus and we used it at the end of the day a couple of times. Beds were comfortable, good water pressure in showers. We had a three night stay. Great experience!"

"The first thing I noticed when entering the room was a bug on the curtains. Then the hair was left behind in the bathroom, particularly around the shower. The floors were stained. I paid in advance for continental breakfast and only able to select certain items that would’ve been free at other establishments. It was $2 for an apple and the breakfast charge was $10. The stay overall was below average. I do not recommend."

"This was a very nice place to stay. This is always my go to spot. Everything is close by. Nice ambiance. However, one of the staff members was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Her attitude was very disrespectful. She works the morning/evening shift. Asked for housekeeping and she ask me what for? Claim she put in for fresh towels. Came back room was still the same with no towels. She needs better Customer Service training . This wasn’t just the first time she got smart with guest."

"You had to keep asking for wash clothes, because there were only two wash clothes. The breakfast was just ok. The front hotel staff needs to dress the part and stand up when Hotel guest come in to check in. No one cleaned up or room after checking in on Friday and checking out on Monday at 11am."
