"The ladies in the reception are amazing, very very helpful, specially Jaqueline. Also de the maids were very friendly and helpful, specially Juana. We went to the bar, there is not lunch, and the staff at bar were not as friendly as the others, actually they were kind of rude. My wife cocktail had no garnish and it was very simple looking. We were expecting the old school chatty bartender experience, it was not at all like that."

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night just long enough to wake me up. There was no fire. Overall it was a fine hotel..bed was comfortable and the room was clean …the staff was nice enough. The hotel met my needs for my 2 day stay."

"The first room had flies in the shower about 20 of them so we moved to another room next-door that was so loud all night long and underneath the smell of smoke in the room were other disgusting smells:( I guess for the rate perhaps it’s OK? "Wait staff didn't listen that I am extremely allergic to onion. ordered a cheeseburger that had some kind of onion which made me have hives and I threw up violently!!! Given dirty towels 2 days of my 3 day Memorial Day weekend. Have photos. Shower flooded the bathroom daily. Handicapped bench 2 long and 2 wide for the handicapped shower. That aided the flooding. So did the short shower curtain. Would find another hotel in this area!!"
