Dear Mr Howard.Our House is a garden house, very easy to see the mouse, roach around the garden. the exterior door, before the check-in time, we often open it for the fresh air comes inside the room that is why the mosquitos can some also. So sorry about it.about the outlets provided no power as you told, we can sure they are working good. we have a fan only use 100v inside your room, we have included an additional power stabilizer ( transformer ), which we have already connected so that we can use the 220v power in Vietnam. But after check-out, this fan has stopped working, and it is no longer connected with that transformer. We lost 1 imported fan.
