I wanted to visit Hue so I could stay in this hotel again. The staff were wonderful. We got a massage and hung out at the pool for a bit. It made for a lovely stop in Hue.

The hotel is beautiful. The service was outstanding. They accommodated a 1 pm checkout for us. Breakfast was very nice. There is no general river view - perhaps from the third floor? The nightclub next door has very loud music until late (must keep windows closed). The Colonial deluxe was smaller than the picture appeared. Can’t sit at the desk and then pass between chair and bed.

Lovely stay in Hue

Despite weather that didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool, we had a great stay. The hotel staff are very welcoming (and helpfully loaned umbrellas), the room was comfortable (great shower!), and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I would be happy to stay here again.

Every staff member showed genuine care and concern for their guests. Incredible hospitality all around. Each time we returned from being out and about, it felt like we were coming home. There is construction happening in front of the property and it is truly a shame, but the staff and amenities more than made up for this. Food was also excellent. Fantastic staff and nice atmosphere. We felt like we had stepped back in time to different luxury.
