"On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. "Gruppen vår var på 7 personer. Vi overnattet én natt da vi skulle til Machu Picchu dagen etter. Det var internett i våre 3 rom, rommene var rene, personalet var veldig serviceinnstilte. Frokosten var enkel men mettende. Bagasjen vår kunne oppbevares uten ekstra kostnad."

"Great hotel for our situation in Aguas Calientes. Clean hotel and great location. They have a portable heater for when it’s cold and the bathroom has ventilation. It has a cafe attached to it which is another convenience to us since we were exhausted from the train ride. Above all the service from the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. They also gave us breakfast to go at 5am due to our 7am appointment at Machu Picchu. Great experience overall. "
