This property is in a fine location right across the road from the beach at Cha-Am, which has a great view over the Gulf of Thailand and of the sunrise. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a sizeable bathroom. This is another great example of the Furama chain of hotels.

ภาพรวมเป็นโรงแรมสี่ดาวตามชื่อชั้นแต่มีสภาพค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องสุพีเรียสีบนเพดานเก่าจนลอก แอร์เก่าเสียงดังจนต้องขอเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องpool acess โดยจ่ายเพิ่มโดยไม่ได้สิทธิ์พิเศษใดๆจากฐานะgold memberของexpedia ห้องที่เปลี่ยนมาแอร์ก็เก่าและเสียงดังเหมือนเดิมแต่เบากว่านิดหน่อย ของใช้ในห้องน้ำไม่มีวางไว้ถ้าต้องการต้องโทรขอ สระว่ายน้ำยาวหลังห้องดูดีน่าเล่นแต่ก้นสระมีขี้นกเยอะไปนิด แถวสระว่ายน้ำและที่จอดรถมีนกพิราบป่วยเดินเซื่องอยู่สองสามตัว วันที่พักมีตกลงสระว่ายน้ำตัวนึงด้วย น่าจะต้องมีมาตรการจัดการ ห้องเล่นkid zone เป็นจุดที่เด็กๆชอบมากแต่ของเล่นสภาพค่อนข้างเก่า ที่ต้องใส่ถ่านก็ไม่มีถ่าน พนักงานดูแลเด็กไม่มี ผู้ปกครองทุกบ้านเลยต้องไปเฝ้าตอนลูกหลานเล่น อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างธรรมดาถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมสี่ดาวทั่วไป ที่คิดว่าดีมากคือพนักงานเกือบทุกแผนกยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสเต็มใจบริการโดยเฉพาะรปภ.บริเวณที่จอดรถและแม่บ้าน แต่ก็มีบางคนที่ห้องอาหารที่ทำหน้าที่เหมือนถูกบังคับมา ที่แย่หน่อยก็พนักงานต้อนรับมีคนนึงบริการลูกค้าด้วยหน้าตาเฉยเมย สอบถามข้อมูลก็ตอบแบบไม่มองหน้าอันนี้ไม่ประทับใจ ที่เขียนมาเยอะก็อยากให้ข้อมูลเพื่อปรับปรุงครับ เสียดายโรงแรมสี่ดาวในทำเลดีเยี่ยมที่อยู่มานาน มีฟังชั่นที่เหมาะกับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กๆ ราคาก็จับต้องได้ ไม่อยากให้เหมือนถอดใจปล่อยไปตามกาลครับ

Booked superior room but asked to be upgraded as it smelled musty & had no opening window. Sea view room much better with balcony. Pool bar was dirty and kids were playing in there when there was a kids pool of their own. Service and staff friendly. Breakfast ok but not a big choice.

ห้องที่พักมีกลิ่นอับเหม็นเหมือนท่อน้ำทำให้นอนไม่หลับเลยจนเช้า พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน ห้องอาหารเช้าสะอาด พอทานได้ แต่ไลน์อาหารน้อยไปหน่อยสำหรับโรงแรมขนาดนี้ สระว่ายน้ำมีหลายสระลูกชอบดี แต่ว่าสระบนชั้น6 ควรปรับปรุง เพราะมีนกพิราบอยู่อาศัย ทั่งกินน้ำ เล่นน้ำ และอุจจาระลงในสระและขอบสระ

Fint hotell med flere bassenger, ypperlig for barnefamilier. Trenger litt vedlikehold/oppussing enkelte steder men fremdeles ett fint sted. Dyr frokost, 300,- TB pr person. Vi spiste frokost rett ved siden av hotellet til rundt 220 - 260,- TB for nydelig mat og drikke for to personer. Kan kanskje lønne seg å inkludere frokost i bestillingen. Harde senger, men det tror jeg gjelder for hele Thailand.

This hotel is great for family vacation with kids. The hotel is well maintained, all facilities are functioning well. Love the swimming pool very much, its long enough for us to have a great swim. Will come back again if we want relaxing holidays.

Unfortunately the property isn‘t maintained as it should be. On the roof top pool many pigeons make dirt around the pool and in the pool. That problem should be solved immediately because this is dangerous for the health of the guests. The breakfast for the foreigners is everyday the same, completely boring and unexpected in a 4 stars hotel. The pool bar at the jacuzzi was never open, we regretted this.

Heerlijk aan de beachroad....mooie grote kamer....badkamer...ontbijt goed. Alleen jammer als je s.morgens zit te intbijten en er gasten opgehaald worden de bus stationair haast naast je ontbijttafel staat te ronken. Ontbijtbuffet zou ik ergens anders zetten
