We chose a budget room which was very quiet as it had no windows. Location is close to bars and beach with lots of eating places. Receptionist speaks excellent English and was very helpful.

This is a great property to sleep and enjoy the beach, markets and street food. Not recommended for long term stays. But definitely a great staff to deal with. Great people and easy process to book and check in. Good for the price

Room very basic,the light above the door didnt light up the room well,bedding not very good. The included breakfast was poor*(can pay 130bt extra to uograde to a proper breakfast)alrhough good coffee. On the plus side the wifi was good,staff are nice and superb location( 100m from beach) with lots of bars and restraunts.

No sleep, not for families or romantic weekend

Actually nothing wrong with the hotel besides the horrible location on a bar street with loud music and screaming drunk people until early morning. Hotell also seems to overlook noisy guests. Woke up at both 2am and 4am from disturbing noise from other guests. Breakfast fixed set. Can pay extr to get variation but definitely not worth it. Hotel staff polite, restaurant workers seems tired of wverything. Pool located in other hotel and area was dirty but water clean. Parking on a lot ~200 meter away. Balcony not worth the extra cost as its no sea view and can only be used early mornings or late evening due to the temperature.

You should check the conditions of your rooms before renting it out to guests. The roof of the room was randomly leaking with rain and when guests above used the bathroom. We were stepping into water on the floor from the leaks, there were roaches in the bathroom, and stains on the bedsheets. I could not relax or sleep properly. Contact with staff was the only good thing. I would most certainly not return.

The Beach Cha Am April 23

The hotel is not as clean and wonderful as the pictures. It is a basic hotel in a busy street with bars and very loud music which stopped around 12 midnight which wasn't too bad. The room we had was quite small, I wouldn't stay again and my partner said the same. It is expensive for what it is and the breakfast is terrible with very little options. Ours was included but in a separate building although as a restaurant in the evening, it was okay. We only stayed 2 nights and that was enough.

Very good hotel

Really nice and clean service and hotel, nice sized rooms and has all you need! Was a problem communicating with staff as they did not seem to understand too much, but all in all a nice stay!

Small, cheap hotel in great location

Small, no-frills, low-key hotel very close to the beach. Not on the main road, so pretty quiet. Pretty much in the center of Cha-am beach.
