"The service wasnt that good with the room service. we didnt get our room cleaned one day. and when we ask for water at night they said the big bottles are already locked up. the glasses that we use in the room , was only taken away, but never put new once."

"Convenient location, easy access to freeway, centrally located. Breakfast was good, service was good, pool looks clean, rooms and bathroom are clean. Only issue encounter was AC blowing hot air in the summer and can’t turn the unit off or change temp. Not sure why."

"Lost my bag after I left it at the front desk and the staff said they would take care of it. Had all my personal items and some very valuable. Since the bag has gone missing they have done nothing to help and resolve the issue. Apologies in the beginning but now that I am out of town they won’t even ..."
