"I have stayed here many times but this may be my last. FIBA World Cup is in town but they are more concerned about that than, giving each customer satisfactory service. My A/C in the room would not get cold and it took forever for the water to get hot. I payed for the breakfast and they gave me issues. ..."

"Pros: Nice clean property, great location, garage parking good. Pool and rooftop view great. Check in easy and elevators work fast. Cons: No ironing board, had to iron on bed. No ice machines, had to call front desk and request ice be brought. Depending on time, it can come fast or take very ..."

Heritage Inn Suites Houston/Sugar Land, Trademark by Wyndham
"It was very hot in the lobby and hallways. The freezer wasn’t working in the pantry and we purchased a melted ice cream cookie sandwich. They did refund it though. Overall it was okay, but we likely wouldn’t stay there again."
