"the bedding had stains, carpet had what looked like blood stains all through out the suite. staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel makes you pay 34.00 to park for 1 night they are also not disability friendly, (parking garage steep incline or stairs, no elevator to exit parking garage)"

Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center
"The elevators were under maintenence. Lines were 20 minutes or more to get up to our 14th floor room. Caused us to miss the shuttle and getting back to the hospital several times. My mom is 81 and it was very hard on several people."
