Nothing they gave us the wrong rooms one of them smelled like cigarettes and both were non smoking. Around where our room was a body was found and lady at front desk was smoking cigarettes inside hotel. Front desk lady was unprofessional and rude

Been at this location before and I have like it, but this time the front desk attendant was a little rude and didn't want to book me in 10 minutes before check in as soon I stepped out she attended some body else and booked this person in, I had reserved a room and couldn't get it because it was on a 2nd floor and I am disabled

Came back to the room after work, around 6pm. Our beds were stripped and towels were gone, someone started cleaning the unit then just stopped and left? We had to go to front desk and get our sheets and towels to make our own beds

We had nothing but trouble getting into our room, every time we left our room and came back , my key never worked, i was having to go to the office from the day we checked in,you have a nice sweet maintance man, he did everything possible to get the door fixed but to no avail. Unless they fix everything ,i will not be staying in that hotel again,,, we were there for my aunts funeral and we were under a lot if stress and then all this

They are false advertising, they say they have a kitchenette with a stove and they don’t, you have to get everything from the front office, including the hot plate. Which isn’t so bad but you’re already paying a deposit on the room because it’s a kitchenette, with no stove, but you have to put a $50 deposit for the hot plate, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, etc
