Facility was very clean. The reception friendly and helpful. Happy hour social actually had a full dinner and was pleasantly surprised Karbach one of the beer selections. The breakfast had a large variety of options as well. Curtains were able to fully block out the light and the refrigerator had a working ice machine.

We picked this Hotel because we have a toddler and it has a kitchen inside, so we loved that. Also we used to live around the area, so we love how everything is close by. But we didn’t like the smell inside the room and how hard and uncomfortable the bed is. Staff was very friendly we loved that.

We loved our 3-night stay at the Staybridge. We booked the 2 BR suite and enjoyed having our own room with a bathroom, as well as a kitchen, should we want to cook. We were situated about halfway between I-10 and Cypress, where we could visit our friend and also convenient to shopping and dining and the outer loop, which we used to go to Galveston. I’ve stayed with Staybridge before and this time did not disappoint. I will definitely be staying there the next time I’m in Houston.

This was our first time staying at Staybridge. It was nice & spacious. Right off the highway. Friendly staff. My only complaint would be the loud noises coming from the people sitting outside by the fire pit.

Enjoyed every aspect of this property. The room was clean and filled with amenities; from pots and pans to my favorite soap brand DOVE. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably with plenty of space to maneuver. Also, appreciated morning breakfast being available even on the holiday as well as being able to access the fitness and laundry areas 24 hours.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because they have a swimming pool; however, the pool was not available because the city shut it down for whatever reason. The air quality inside the room was damp or moldy. I'm not sure what the problem was, but it didn't smell right. On the positive side, their breakfast and happy hour in the evening are great. The staff are friendly. I was going to leave a 1-star review; however, the lady at the front desk is super nice. That's why they get 3 stars.

The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had free dinners on Monday and Wednesday night as well as free breakfast daily. The food was good. The reason I gave a 4 star was because the door that you would take to get inside from the pool didn’t open with the room card.

The hotel was good for the price. There was free breakfast and it included meat and fruit. And then on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday there was free dinner too. The elevator wasn’t working but the main thing was the ants in the room. Other than that, our stay was pretty good and the staff was nice.
