Not the best

It was not easy to check in I had to call two times to find were the lockbox with the keys. The condo was small but comfortable for a few days. Next time I will stay in a Hotel.

The worst possible experience with a company. Drift travelers listed a Luxtury 2 bedroom apt with 2 queen beds and one sofa bed, when we arrived it was a one bed room with a full size bed and pull out sofa bed. I reached out to drift immediately upon entering the unit and discovering it wasn’t what I paid for, I spent hours on the phone and on hold with no resolution, only to be told they do not own any of the 2 bed room units in the building, and that Expedia listed the information incorrectly. No apologies or any compensation for the error. The check in process was tedious and draining just to check in . I was beyond disgusted with the treatment we received from drift and the lack of accountability they refuse to take. I will never stay here again neither world I recommend booking with them. This is a real review of my experiences, do not ignore the reviews as I did.

So first I was confused to see this didn't really go direct through hotels.com but through a 3rd pary then they want to do a background check I thought these should have been items to be addressed prior to making a reservation not after although the gentlemen said you would get your money back if you didnt qualify... He was very good in communications I did not like the complexity of using the cable and did not like the size of the bed barely fit in it felt like a full size and not a queen other wise all was great

The property was beautiful and well equipped. The check-in process was a bit arduous. The communication with Driftr was horrible. I got two parking tickets because I was unable to access the "Free" parking garage. I do recommend this unit but not if Driftr is the leasing agent. My daughter actually got an 3 day eviction notice from the apartment complex manager because driftr did not send them payment that I had already paid. It was eventually resolved but not before I spent countless time on the phone trying to get it straightened out. Certainly Hotels.com is not at fault. I paid Hotels.com, they send the funds to Driftr and Driftr is supposed to send funds to unit owner or complex.

Worst experience ever

Yes Hotels.con was at fault but the experience was painful the same so my family were stranded in the cold for 2 hours from 3:15-5:27 trying to get in a building that wasn’t reachable. Outside of that the unit is nice, very comfortable my family after the event I paid over $1,600 to attend I missed half of it due to this inconvenience. We had a sporting event to attend but we missed the entire 1st quarter and almost 2nd. Quarter we were delayed outside in the rain in 30 degree weather while checking in because when you are late you are stuck with all the late birds who cone in att get last minute so we watched a nba gane soaking in cold water and our shoes were soaked with water and purses were partially damage from standing g outside in the late people’s line. P.S. I really hate being late which I why I came early to prevent this. So we didn’t get to eat before the event or after because it was too late and we were all wet abs irritated and dud t want to get sick sitting in a restaurant soaked in water so we went hone and settled for the mediocre unhealthy Stadium food. Yuck Now my concern is for my next room will it be the same or do we leave here to go to another? Can another call me?

First time in Houston

I loved this property it’s in a very nice area and I felt so safe. It’s very luxury apartment which was important and came with Alot of amenities. I was sad I didn’t have access to a washer and dryer but was not needed. Overall I would stay again this place is amazing They say you can’t have guess until they have been screened to spend the night. You access using an app which was pretty cool You have access to streaming networks and WiFi I would stay again

It is a beautiful place. Secure like a military Base. Very spacious. The garage elevator is Tricky, a little. The kitchen was half cleaned; I would recommend bringing your cleaning supplies to do a follow up clean. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towel, all rooms are not equally stocked.
