Excellent staff day and night, room was clean. I wish they would have cleaned my room each day. Thermostat didn’t work good. One of the elevators wasn’t working good. Overall, I would stay there again. Bed was very comfortable. I wish they had more variety for breakfast.

Perfect place to stay, staff very nice, just some issues with the cleaning and the hotel may have some updates, besides that, everything was great, nice size rooms, convenient kitchenette and cool A/C. Immediate response when the garbage disposal was reported not working. In general, perfect and recommended place to stay taking in consideration the price for that area. Definitely I will stay there again if coming back to Houston.

I got locked in my room because the lock/latch got stuck. I had to unscrew the door from inside to get out. My room was above the laundry room, the floor shook all the time the washers and dryers were on. Staff was very nice and complementary breakfast was good.

We would absolutely stay here again

The AC water drips into our shower, room 431, from all the condensation from the AC units, so you have to keep the bathroom door closed and it will muffle the sound, during the season of AC useage. The toilet seat was broken and we asked them to fix it while we were there for 4 nights, but that never happened. Breakfast was good, hot, and there was a variety of foods and drinks. I loved how we could park in the garage on our floor level and walk right into our floor from the parking garage. It felt like a little more private that way.
