"Stayed here for a week and had no problems. Staff was nice, cleaned the room daily, gave us extra pillows when requested, etc. Area is 20 minute walk to the beach, very safe and walkable. 5 minute walk to Ralph’s and other stores. Had no problem with the freeway noise bc the air conditioner blocked out the noise. Overall good experience for such a cheap price!!"
"We had such a wonderful stay at Beach Terrace! The rooms were super comfortable, the views were gorgeous, and the location is quiet but perfectly walkable to everything. We especially loved the pool area and that they set up chairs and umbrellas right on the beach for guests—such a nice perk that made our time so relaxing.
A couple of little things that could make it even better: the bathroom lighting wasn’t great, so a light-up mirror with magnification would be amazing. And it would have been...
"Wonderful location in Carlsbad - within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to shop, eat & hear live music, and a beautiful beach was just down the stairs. Nice pool & hot tub, torches, tiki lamps & gas fires at night make the place magical. Full kitchen, comfy room. "
"Racheal is awesome. It was very clean. I felt very safe. My husband and I went to see a show and was given wonderful directions and the breakfast was great too the waffle syrup but it’s nice clean. They have every yogurt, the bagels, etc. the breakfast is worth it and the room size is amazing."
