"Rooms were very tired and in need of a refresh. Bathroom tiles were cracked and presented sharpe edges that were quite dangerous. Overall, I would not choose to stay again based on cleanliness of bathroom. "

"I can see they have tried to present the hotel well however it's on the highway corner. When the first thing you see in a room is a pile of earplugs you realise you should have spent another $100 somewhere else. My double bed was at the top of 5 steep stairs, as an older person who must go to the bathroom I was afraid I would fall down them so slept on the sloping single which I had to focus not to roll off the slope onto the floor. Bathroom smelt like a smoker had been there. Reception locked in a.m. hard to find door to escape."

"The Rydges Sydney Airport is located perfectly at the international terminal. Thecomfortable beds and quiet rooms are the only good thing now. The self checkin process is appalling, obviously another way to decrease staff and make more money without a drop in price for the room. I still like this hotel, but Im noticing the decline in service, the expensive drinks and food in the bar and restaurant."

"It was ok for a 1 night stay before going to the airport. They had a no show the night before so they let us check in early at 10 am. The bed was not firm at all but very soft. The airport shuttle was not free but $13 per person. So just take an uber. Coffee was not great, but had some toast and peanut butter before we left. Pictures of room look better than it actually was."

"I loved the location and its proximity to restaurants and public transit. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Parramatta in general. The staff was excellent, especially Ruben at the front desk. He was friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better."

Front Desk had no extra fridges available, nor wanted to Fix. 13 Dollar continental breakfast was minimal. The croissants were stale and hard and no clean metal forks, terrible nightmare of a Hotel!! Kirketon Hotel on downtown Sydney. All three Front Desk. People are great. Gave Maps told me the best attractions in Sydney(. I even tipped$$$ them). "
