"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "This hotel has just been taken over by a new company and definitely needs some love and attention. However the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was of good quality. Bed in our room was a double despite being plenty of room for a king which would have been nicer. Good location for visiting lots of places in Suffolk and would definitely recommend a visit to the Guinness Inn."
