Enjoyed it it was perfect for my birthday celebration weekend.. I would stay there again. TV needs to be replaced and the bed is a little firm but other than that everything was perfect

Good location. Sofa bed is pretty old, like sleeping directly on the spring of the bed which cause me back pain. I suggest that laundry area should have coins changer. Room is clean. Wish the security can communicate better with guest.

Nice place

The condo/hotel was wonderful. We had a suite with a full kitchen and they had everything we needed, except a pizza pan. We would definitely stay there again. Only thing that would have been better would be if they had a place to store luggage. We had an early flight in but couldnt get into the room until 3pm. We stored our luggage at the place suggested and it was quite a ways away. Not the short walk described. But overall very nice.

Don't stay here

Worst experience ever! Dirty! Smells bad, old! Stains on curtains what looked like blood to us. Carpet is disgusting! I honestly cannot believe that hotels.com allow properties like this to be posted on their platform. There is nowhere to dry a towels or bending suits. And just overall experience was very bad, I felt like we were in the lowest level possible.

I was not able to check in. There was no clerk, no staff. The phone number did not work. I had to cancel and book somewhere else. When I called to cancel, I was told that no money had been charged. My credit card statement shows that I was charged for the full amount of this stay two weeks ago. I will probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Great place, except for the roaches.

Overall, it was great, I booked this particular kind of place because of the full sized kitchen so I can cook, but unfortunately found a bunch of roaches in the kitchen so it obviously ruined the experience for me and prevented me from cooking so it was a waste of time and effort. There are never roaches to be found in a hotels, I expected the same from an Air B&B type of place as well. Had to make sure I left no trace of food in the place to prevent roaches from coming in, but they kept appearing each day of my stay. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again. Might I suggest bug bombing the whole place at least once every six months, that's our routine for our own place in Texas. That way, no roaches. And no weirded out guests who will write a similar review.

お部屋をグレードアップで最上階にして頂きました 山側で夜景も素晴らしく良かったのですが、メインベットルームの浴室の鍵が壊れてて、中から開かず、閉じ込められてしまいました ただ、一人ではなかったので外から開けてもらいましたけど、誰もいなかったと思うとちょっと困ってたと思います 立地は最高です バス停も目の前だし周りに何でもあります ほぼ困りません ただ、古さは否めません

いつもここでお世話になっています

こちらのロイヤルクヒオには5回目の宿泊になります。 毎回違う部屋ですが、古さはあるものの部屋も広くキッチン家電や４人分の食器(箸はありません)も充実していて快適です。 食器洗い洗剤、スポンジ、固形石鹸、ペーパータオル、いろんな大きさのタッパーまであり感心しました。 割りばし、ラップ、アルミホイルは持参されると便利です。 大型の食洗器・大型オーブン・電子レンジ・ポップアップトースター、オーブントースター、コーヒーメーカー(お湯も沸かせます)、ライスクッカー、アイロン完備です。 肉や魚介類を野菜と一緒にオーブンで焼くだけで豪華な夕食になりました。 シャワーは固定式ではあるが温度や湯量も申し分なく、湯舟はありませんがシャワーブースも清潔です。 タオルはバスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオルと1人各3枚以上ありますが長期滞在時には洗濯が必要です。 洗濯は7階のコインランドリーで洗濯機と乾燥機があり洗剤も自動販売機で売っています。 乾燥機は30～35分程度で下着から厚めのジーンズまできれいに乾燥できます。 すべてが25セント硬貨を投入するので、大量の25セント硬貨が必要ですが、1階の警備員さんに頼めば10ドル単位で両替してもらえます。 今回一つだけ残念なことが小さなゴキブリを何匹か床で発見したことです。 今までの滞在では見なかったのでびっくりしました。 しかし総合的に見てもコスパの良いコンドミニアムです。

最高の立地、キッチン付き

JCBカードの提示で無料で乗車できるPINK LINEトロリーの停留所（DFS前とCORTYARD前の2か所）に近く移動に便利。ワイキキは食事が高くなっているのでキッチンが付いていて自炊できるのもありがたい。

立地が最高、部屋は清潔で、設備、備品に過不足もなかったです。セキュリティーもしっかりしていて、安心して滞在できました。アドバイスとしては、ゴミはこまめにダストシューターに捨てましょう。ランドリー使用に25ｾﾝﾄ硬貨がたくさん必要です。5ドル持って、セキュリティーの人に両替してもらいましょ う。また泊まりたいです！

残念な浴室トイレと快適な部屋

シャワーヘッドが固定で使いにくく、浴槽としてはお湯が抜けていきます。掃除が入らないので浴槽を洗うのが大変でした。 トイレにウォシュレットがあればいいなぁと思いました。コインランドリーがあって、良かったけど、近くの銀行まで両替に行かなければなりませんでした。 部屋は古いけど、広くてきれいでした。 ホテル前がバス停で便利でした。

近代的ではないけれど

近代的なコンドミニアムではないですが、立地がいいところにあり、手ごろな金額でいいと思います。 オーシャンビュー等を期待しなければいいと思います。 チェックインが難しかったこと、エアコンがうるさかったことなどを除けばとても快適でした。

Estubo más o menos cuando llegamos no abia agua en el laba mano del baño y tuvimos gue sé pillarlos los dientes en el laba mano de la cocina . Nuestra salida era en julio 26th a las 10 .A.m de la mañana y a las 8 y media ya abia jente frente a la puerta esperando gue saliéramos me sentí un poco presionado lo cual no estubo correcto de lo contrario todo estubo bien

The room was very old but clean, beds were very firm, soaps, cleaning products and sufficient towels provided. The location of the condos is great with a 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach, however Honolulu is extremely noisy with constant police sirens 24/7 which is annoying. There is a guard on duty in the lobby 24/7 however particular guards are very rude, which wasn’t a nice way to start a trip. Overall not too bad for the price, if you don’t mind an older room then this will be ok
