Had beach chairs, paid laundry available, easy check in. They fixed the shower within the hour when the drain clogged (although it clogged again after repair). Could not reach the main number but the emergency number was readily available. Pretty room. Adequate bedding. Great overall stay!! Would recommend. My friends stayed in the Hilton for double or triple the price and I preferred my room ten times over.

I was really excited about this vacation, but was disappointed. When I booked the hotel, it said it was with Red Awning. I didn’t know what this meant. This was not disclosed on the description. They provided towels, but only one set for each guest and two kitchen towels, but no beach towels. They wouldn’t replace the towels during the stay. I was really disappointed by because I didn’t want to deal with doing laundry. They also didn’t provide additional toilet paper or paper towels. They provided two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Also, the kitchen was not in that great of shape. The paint on the cabinets was peeling and some of the pots were even rusted on the bottom making unusable. We ended up buying a new pot to use during our stay because we did not feel safe using the ones there. Also when we got to the room, the fire detector was just hanging from the chords. I ended up contacting management and the fixed it in two days. Overall, I like the location of the hotel, but was disappointed during the stay

Good location, amenities and nice condo for 2

Spacious unit ("1 bedroom") all in one large room, typical for Hawaii, with full galley type kitchen, TV, DVR, WiFi, large balcony and pool /ocean toys included. Secure code locks on doors, and minimal contact needed with renting office in lobby. Pool is large and kids are told to behave if they jump in or interfere with others' enjoyment. No beach towels in units, so bring some or buy them at ABC. Short walk to the excellent Hilton beach. Dave's Ice Cream in lobby is fantastic. Nearby restaurants: Red Lobster, Charthouse ($$$$) and Harbor Pub ($$) beneath Charthouse is great for breakfast, lunch, casual dinner and Happy Hour 3-7pm.

I found the condo quite clean and was just above the Ililki the entrance. People had Aloha spirit, I recommend using both trollies to see about the area and the public transportation is right there. Good location ok view. The only complaints is the stove, it was very difficult to cook meals.
