Check in was smooth and efficient. A lovely girl helped me and allowed a late checkout and also upgraded my room to a sea view. I was very impressed as I didn’t ask for the room change either

Disney's Hollywood Hotel
When we arrived the staff was very helpful, especially with luggage! We checked in the smell they use throughout the hotel definitely wasn't my favorite but it was obviously not a deal breaker!
